With over 17 years of experience, Arlene specializes in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Arlene guides our clients through the complexities of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings, ensuring every petition is filed with meticulous attention to detail.
Known for her compassionate approach, Arlene assists clients in gathering essential financial records, analyzing credit reports, preparing the necessary schedules and preparing the file and clients for 341 meetings.
Her vast understanding of local bankruptcy court procedures, ability to handle sensitive client financial data, and proficiency in software, like Best Case, allows the firm to navigate the discharge process efficiently.
Arlene possesses extensive skills in document preparation, PACER/ECF filing, and possesses immeasurable skills in client communication.
In addition to her role as the bankruptcy paralegal, Arlene serves as the main paralegal for Attorney Goodblatt’s mediation practice, handling everything from coordination to troubleshooting and finalizing the mediation reports.
Cindy Gerber-Bradfield

Cindy is a dedicated family law paralegal with over 30 years of legal experience, including family law. Throughout her career, Cindy has developed expertise in litigation and family law matters, including complex divorces and paternity cases. Cindy is skilled in drafting pleadings, managing discovery and is instrumental in assisting the attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials. She is proficient in various legal software programs and has a thorough understanding of court procedures and filing requirements.
Cindy regularly participates in continuing education courses to stay current with changes in family law.
